Kelley is a Native of Havana, Florida, and has called Tallahassee home for over 25 years. Graduate of both Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in Family and Child Sciences and Jefferson State Community College in Birmingham, AL with a degree in Funeral Service Education. She is a funeral director at Bevis Funeral Home, a parent volunteer at Holy Comforter Episcopal School, and serves on the Board of Ronald McDonald House Charities. She and her husband, Milt Bevis have two children.
Kelly is a Paul Harris Fellow.
